        Staying at our son's house, my wife had a problem with the dryer. It turned out to be a bigger problem than we thought. She called Max for help and he responded right away. He found an additional issue which could have caused REAL problems if not resolved. He took care of everything and the dryer that was iffy is now performing beautifully.
