I regret to say that my experience with Astro Appliances has been nothing short of a nightmare. Despite three attempts to fix my washing machine, they failed miserably each time. What's worse, when I personally confronted the repair technician about the ongoing issues, he assured me he would escalate the matter with the manufacturer and American HomeShield. However, to my dismay, he later reported back claiming that the washing machine was in perfect working condition, which couldn't be farther from the truth.To add insult to injury, American HomeShield had the audacity to demand an additional $100 just to open a new work order, despite the fact that the initial problem was never resolved. This level of incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction is unacceptable, especially considering this entire ordeal occurred under my warranty contract.In all my years of dealing with contractors and service providers, I have never encountered such incompetence and disregard for customer satisfaction. Astro Appliances and American HomeShield have managed to turn what should have been a routine repair into the most inconvenient and frustrating experience I've ever had. Save yourself the trouble and steer clear of these incompetent companies at all costs.

Alas - I should read the review and refuse of their services . I am still in middle of them to resolve my issue - too much of back and forth calls- Waste of time - all you will hear from the technician is " sorry i cannot fix that that's not in my domain " didn't pay attention what needs to be fixed , Carry a very casual attitude and gives you attitude as well when you ask any question . Please please refuse there services whenever they call you .

I recently had a repair done on my Whirlpool washing machine. I was told I would receive a survey via email, but I did not. I just wanted to to say how amazing my repair man, Carlos, was. He went above and beyond on my service BOTH visits. My washer was unable to drain and I had large blankets in there and he took it upon himself to take them out for me and drain the washer by hand. I am so so so pleased and grateful for his visit. He needs a raise. Thank you Carlos!!!

I was real apprehensive about using this company because of all of the negative reviews, but I used them anyway as my home warranty company asked me to give them a chance. Dmitry and his assistant came to fix my microwave yesterday 03/28/2024. They did a marvelous job and within the hour my microwave was working. Both guys were nice, professional and courteous. They arrived on time, cleaned up after themselves and were in and out. Thank you so much.
