Really bad management. The staff is not communicative. As I was attempting to move out, everything was slow, and unresponsive and uncommunicative. Even after they said they were going to do something Id have to follow up later to make sure they did it. I wanted to add a roomate and got email confirmation they will be sending out the roommate application, they didnt and I had to call again the next day to confirm and talk to the manager. The whole roommate moving process took a 25 days to complete, when it shouldve just been 2 weeks. I had to call and follow up every step of the way to get a response/update on everything. If I had not; they wouldnt have gotten any progress. While the rent, location, maintenance teams great, just the management team is inefficient, and uncommunicative.

Wonderful and affordable location in a good part of town close to where most of the action is! Staff is friendly and supportive and the community events are a great perk!

The staff is very helpful ,maintenance is very attentive, the property is really coming together with all the renovations!
