        Horrible service. Bad brand. Doesn't stand behind their products. Warranty service is a big joke. People there only care about not working.

        Absolutely trash service. Waiting on hold 30+ minutes just to be forced to drive to the store and find no customers at the counter and no one helping on phones. They know you need to get parts from them and could care less about their customers. Sadly I know Im not the only tech that feels this way. Something needs to change!!!!
