        Antwoine is the best counter guy out there. Calling carrier used to be worse than getting teeth pulled, once I got ahold of Antwoines contact info I havent had a bad experience at carrier since, he knows his stuff and is one of the most helpful people I have met at any carrier all over the houston area. Keep up the good work antwoine.

        Best Carrier branch in all of Houston! Dandrick, Chris, and Josie will go out of their way to help you whether it's DOA, warranties, or parts of town they will figure it out. This was my review from 6 years ago. Today is a different story. I placed an order for Transfer from San Antonio last week. It was not transferred in a timely manner and I have reached out multiple times to this branch to get an update. No one answers the phones nor responds to texts. I had an employee from CE try to contact this branch and even they couldnt get through. Its reasons like this why Im glad we switched to Robert Madden.
