If I could give them zero stars I would. Horrible service. Customer service is bad. They wont honor their own return policy. They dont care about the customer. They only care about taking your money. Will never come here again. They tried to tell me that we were responsible for equipment that was faulty from the manufacturer. Very upset sales people have no idea how to help and manager is equally as bad. Nothing can be done on a Saturday they only sell but no returns. Nobody to help with any kind of issues. Totally irresponsible. This is unresolved still. We need our money back or a new condenser. This is ridiculous. This is a big company that can take the unit back and deal with Goodman themselves. They need to honor their return policy that clearly states that we have 60 days to return uninstalled stocked items. But of course when it comes to swaps or returns nobody knows how to do it but when it comes to taking your money that is quick and easy. They dont back up there products. This is ridiculous.

A wonderful experience. I paid for AC at 9:28 Am and I was told that I should get AC delivered the next day. To my utter surprise and amazement the AC was delivered that same day at 11:28 AM. I mean really within 2 hours a new goodman 3.5 ton condenser was delivered at the door step for merely $6 delivery fee. Simply marvellous. I am impressed. The customer service was superb.
