        Very rude staff. Even confirmed my reservation over the phone previously (also to ask about deposit, which is a ridiculous $150.00) and the front desk agent made it very clear that she was annoyed she had to get up and do her job and look something up. They waited until a few hours before my reservation to call and inform me that they would not honor it. I work at a hotel, and this is not how you treat your customers. They don't even deserve the one star I have to leave to review.

        The suite with the jacuzzi tub is amazing!! The lady at the front desk also amazing, she was so nice and friendly!! Would definitely stay here again!
