        Anyone traveling on I35, this location is very convenient right off of the highway. We had a wonderful stay here. Rooms are spacious and clean. Newly renovated rooms and bathrooms. Staff was very courteous and helpful during our stay.

        This was the worst hotel I've ever reserved; I made a reservation for two nights and three rooms, but once we arrived at the hotel, we couldn't stay even one night; we inspected the bed, and there were a lot of bedbugs and so nasty bed liners; we refused to stay, and I requested a full refund; it's been a nightmare getting my full refund because they said that they offered other "clean" rooms and we refused to stay there one night; they refund two nights in instead,

      Hello Nanyob,We take our guest safety very seriously and have contract with best pest control company in town. They do perform inspection frequently and never had any bed bug issues at our hotel. Pest team also did detail inspection of your room once you left and found zero evidence of any bed bugs. Please feel free to call our customer resolution team @ 512-863-5572 for further assistance. You can also stop by at our front office for clearance certificate from Pest control company if needed.
