        I was staying there and paid weekly, had to leave for a family emergency and asked to refund they expressed they do not do refunds and that it is their policy. I will never stay at another woodsprong suites again.

        Our TV and phone wasn't working, I called the front desk and Evelyn was extremely kind and had it fixed in a jiffy! I recommend this place fur sure

        ELEVATOR NEVER WORKS! Only problem with the room is the bed, King would be a much better choice & a mattress where springs aren't felt. Other then that it's not bad at all. Rooms: Need bigger better beds Nearby activities: Great location Safety: Seems really safe Food & drinks: Only vending machines

        Ive been at this hotel for about a month now 2nd time at this hotel. The staff in the evenings is great the management sucks. The elevator is out and has been for longer than Ive been here. I tried to change rooms and management says I cant move rooms unless its a medical reason but the room wasnt a handicap room. They say they dont know when the elevator will be fixed but still have to pay full price for the room. I had to go buy a hand dolly to get all my stuff to the 3rd floor. They are suppose to clean the rooms every 14 days but mine just got cleaned a couple days ago after notifying the front desk a couple times. If I didnt have so much stuff to move to another hotel Id be gone from here. Rooms are nice evening staff is wonderful but to much money to have to climb stairs every time you have to go to your vehicle because management wont update and upgrade the elevator. They would rather put band-ads on it and it goes out again! Dont waist the time and money to stay here. Oh and if you ask for the corporate number they say they dont have it. If I could give service a zero I would just because of management Safety: No one has tried to break in to my vehicle
