One of the best service experiences at MBUSA so far. I would give a big shoutout to Kaylee for coordinating such a smooth service appointment. The approach, transit service, vehicle cleaning and vehicle performance itself felt like totally different compared to all previous ones. I have been a Merc owner(CLA and now GLC) for last 6 years and I have seen multiple service locations(In GA, CA, WA and TX) to comment this.

Im doing a TX tour from CO visiting family for the holidays and had a random engine issue. It happened once and after restarting the vehicle, it hasnt happened again. However, the anxiety about the rest of my trip set in. The scheduling team got me in and Kyle was great. Understanding my urgency, he had my vehicle checked out quickly and was able to help ease my anxiety. The issue was a fluke and not the start of a major issue thankfully. The customer service here is far superior to what I have experienced at my local service department. I would bring my vehicle back anytime.
