        Such a shame. We've been here several times with repeat business because the Owner is nice. Whomever the lady is answering his phones was beyond rude and certainly not helpful or friendly at all. Like pulling teeth to be helped. We found someone happy to take our business and we won't be going back. First point of contact people will make or break your business. No thanks!

        Gene's Auto is THE PLACE to go. Jason was my contact and he is very accommodatting. He explained everything and let me know up front what the cost would be. Hee also saved me a bunch of money by asking if I had a warranty! I'm new to Georgetown and feel very blessed to have chosen Gene's Auto! I HGIHLY recommend them! Marilyn B
