Update 2024: Since my last visit almost a year ago, not much has changed. Except today it was just poor Mike running the show singlehandedly. Maybe he had another worker that was just at lunch or something. He did a great job though. He had a gauntlet of customers before me (parents with their children) and a phone call and as usual they all needed their hands held as Mike helped them figure out what they needed and where to find it. Good job, Mike. I hate seeing retail workers trying to run a whole store alone. What if Mike had a sudden diarrhea attack? There's nobody to cover him. I get that video game resale is in a tough spot these days, but that doesn't somehow revoke Mike's humanity. A failing business model doesn't grant him immunity to sudden diarrhea attacks. Just saying. (Original post:) The crew here is always super nice and helpful. Even though I hardly ever know what I'm looking for. They possess super-human patience, too. I stood in line here a few days before Christmas (it was a bloody madhouse) watching them do their best to help clueless parents trying to figure out which system they were shopping for. I think I would have choked somebody, but the staff was helpful and nice throughout. Kudos!
