When I went into this particular location, I was shocked at how ridiculous the prices were. They seem to sell their games at about 25% above what people are asking for the "buy it now" price on eBay and not necessarily what they're actually selling for. I mentioned the fact to the person that was with me and that it would be cheaper to just buy online, and one of the workers murmured "they might not be so high if people like you didn't buy online." Well, maybe if your company decided to offer competitive prices, I'd be a regular customer. I'm willing to pay a few extra bucks to help support local business, but I don't see how this place stays in business with those prices! It almost seems like this business is owned by a video game collector that REALLY wants to show his collection to the world, that or it's some kind of way for the owner to get a tax break from all of the losses. I really don't see how this place stays in business, honestly!

I went today and visited the Denton, TX location and am very unhappy with my service. My little brother was wanting to exchange a console and a couple games. The clerk did not ask if we wanted to finalize the sale before forcing the transaction closed. When I asked why he didn't have to show an itemized report before the sale was conclude he hid behind policy and said that my dad has given consent for the transaction. I questioned him before the sale was completed and the receipt was signed. This is a very shady business and is in no way reputable. I would caution all that go in here! I was paid 15 for an Xbox original and less than 5 a game and again the sale was illegally concluded! Be weary of this business they are thieves and liars! My little brother barely received anything for his trade and the company was more concerned with keeping the sale final and not removing anything than keeping a customer. Very low customer service skills. Worst I've seen in a long time!

Even though their prices may be some times kinda high, i still love to go inside. Everywhere around the walls is filled with Retro Goodness. From NES,SNES,Sega Genesis,Atari, all the way to the newer consoles like PS4,Xbox One,and Wii U. And i gotta love the posters and stuff that are on the wall displayed. :)
