2 workers were too busy talking to each other in an empty store to help me. Ignored me until I asked them a question. Refused to get up to show me something even after I asked her to show me. It was my sons birthday, I specifically asked if there is anything else done for a birthday and she said no. Surprisingly I looked on website and theres several fun things done for your child on their birthday. They just felt like working for free today!

I went here to get my niece a bear for her birthday. It was extremely hot in this store. The lines were long. Cool place, but it's best to go on a weekday.

They were understaffed, which I understand. A young woman had just arrived for her shift and was trying to help me check out. The manager came over and was very rude to her in front of me. The manager made the young woman go in the back to put her apron on before she could finish checking me out (I was literally about to pay). The manager said corporate is coming in today! Which if thats the case, maybe dont be so understaffed and rude to your employees
