        I went to the McKinney Claire's to have my 5 month old's ears pierced. One side was WAY off. I attempted to go to back to McKinney to have it fixed and they said I'd have to pay for another set of earrings. I also went to the Allen location and was told the same thing. Then I went to the Frisco - Stonebriar location. The manager, Carina, was AMAZING! She said I would not have to pay for another set of earrings since it was their mistake. She has been there for 17 years and is very professional and has a ton of experience. She did the piercing and it was so fast, my baby cried for 2 seconds, whereas before it was not as fast and she cried longer. She had it in the perfect place on her ear too! Highly recommend!!
