        Today I went from afar to buy a teddy bear for my partner, it had been a long time since I felt like a child again, in this place the attention from the employees was special. PS: Never stop treating your clients like this, they remind us that you don't have to be children to have that beautiful fantasy of having a teddy bear

        Our experience at the Build-A-Bear @ Deerbrook mall was incredible thanks to the new manager Josh. It was so nice to see someone who cares about the business and their customers the way that he does. Such an improvement from the last manager whom I'm not sure managed much of anything. Way to go Josh, keep it up!!! I see a great future for this store with you working there.

        Super cute experience for the kids and they have the birthday month price of bears for the price of kids age. The outfits are way too pricey though
