With so many horror stories of bad contractors, Wayne put our minds at ease and delivered everything as promised. Wayne was very responsive to every question we had and did his best to coordinate his work crews. We are very happy with the outcome of our backyard project. Any question we had, Wayne was able to help us with, even if it didn't pertain directly to the project itself (had a pool pump leak). I would recommend Medallion Pools to anyone of our friends or family looking to update their backyard.

I completed my pool build with Medallion in September. I am glad I went with Medallion for my pool build. I spoke to 3 pool builders to get different quotes and opinions. After speaking to Wayne, I quickly made my decision to select his company. Wayne has decades of experience with pool build. It definitely showed during the pool build. A lot of the suggestion Wayne made about the design of the pool are now our favorite parts of the pool. I was a little hesitant at the time but Wayne understood the full vision. The communication was next level for me. I knew what was going on everyday and Wayne and Harley came on site every day at the start of the day to walk me through what was going on. He would stop by at the end of the day to make sure the work was done properly. They replied to any questions I had within minutes of me sending them an email. Contractors used by Medallion do quality work. I would call out the contractors that did the pool tiles and wall. They did an amazing job at the joints and it looks very clean. There was something going on pretty much everyday. Wayne lined up contractors in advance so the build can continue to move. We didn't have many days without something going on. Wayne promised 90 days for dig to fill. We finished in 81 days. Wayne and Harley have been very friendly about post build support as well. I reach out to him for any questions I may have and they are more then happy to answer. I would recommend Medallion for anyone looking to build a pool. A lot of companies can learn from Medallion on how to complete a project on time and how to communicate about the project with customers. They were truly exceptional. We love our pool and looking forward to summer time again to enjoy it everyday.

Had a really good experience with Medallion Pools. Wayne was great to work with, understood our vision, and was able to get us into a design that we loved. Most importantly, we were able to do our pool, spa, and patio cover all within budget. We were under budget enough, compared to the big competitors, that we were able to add upgrades such as a kitchen and in-floor cleaning, and still had room to spare. As far as the construction phase went, Communication was always a top priority with Wayne and Harley. We were updated at every step, and any questions we had were answered quickly. While we did experience some delays (total process took just over 6 months to completion), they were mainly due to weather or an issue with a supplier. Only had one issue that took a bit longer than expected to get resolved, however, it was mostly out of their control and the communication was good along the way. Since then, they have answered every pool maintenance related question we could think of, and have been about as helpful as one would imagine. Wouldn't choose anyone else to build our pool!
