We hired LUX to build a back patio for us. Corey is very friendly and a good talker. Don't believe it. He completed 80% of the job and took 100% of our money. He walked off the job and never returned and forced us to coordinate the rest of the job. The craftsmanship was very poor (columns out of level, gutters leaking, etc). He also does not pay his subs who would consistently knock on our door asking for payment. We hired an attorney and successfully won a judgement in court and are now pursuing collections. We have been told by several people that he has done this to several other people, but I can't confirm that. Please look up this company on BBB. I strongly recommend going with another company. We recently had a privacy wall installed and a TV mounted on it by Lux Pools and Patio. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail were truly impressive. The installation team displayed a level of expertise that surpassed our expectations. The privacy wall now serves both functional and aesthetic purposes, and the TV integration was seamless.
