We have been using Sobral over the past year and a half and they are hands down some of the best to use. I never have to worry about our pool and the Sobral team pays very very close attention to detail. They also have repaired our pool multiple times. I could not recommend them more. Alex specifically takes care of his clients and is absolutely amazing.

Wish we had switched to Sobral sooner! For over 2 years, we worked with another pool company. We had gotten accustomed to a subpar service and had no idea what we were missing. Luckily, we finally got smart and made the switch to Sobral. Their first visit completely blew us away. Our filter and pool have never seen so much love and care. Our pool has never looked better! The communication with Alex and his team is top notch. We would recommend this pool service to anyone. Thank you!

As a first-time pool owner, I've had a lot of questions and issues that Alex and his team have been super helpful and patient in resolving. Before I even signed up for his services, Alex came out and walked me through all the pool equipment and how it worked. Before the deep freeze, he got on a video call with me to help me make sure my freeze protection was set up correctly. And recently, his team helped clean up a mess when another vendor dropped some sand and pebbles into our pool. All around excellent customer service and responsiveness. Thank you!
