I went in to this Staples to return an Amazon purchase since they have a UPS department inside. The woman at that counter tells me they dont accept Amazon returns because theyre not a real UPS location. I told her Ive returned several Amazon items to this location in the last six months and its always been accepted since I selected UPS drop off as the return site. She insisted I was wrong and I said I guess its changed recently and walked off. Then she yelled after me, its always been that way. She just chalked me up to a crazy customer who doesnt know what shes talking about. Like I must have imagined returning previous items to that location. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back.

This is NOT a UPS location. They are furniture store and complain many people come to drop shipment.

I went to this shop at 5:56pm today, the shop was already closed, but there were still some customers in the shop, I would like to see whether I can still drop my Amazon return, therefore I knocked at the door. But the owner rushed out, shouting at me "did you bamp my door!!!", then bamp the door...never seen such rude person in my life, never go to that shop in the future!!!
