        I just had to pay $3.06 to have your employee print a UPS label to SHIP an item back to Amazon. First time at your store and probably the last. To charge is absurd, but $3.06 is ridiculous. No other UPS store has charged to print a label.

        One person working on a Monday morning. The line is 8 people deep. Boxes are everywhere. There should be one person to handle pick ups and drop offs and another to do business services like notaries. Not an isolated experience, this place has always had mediocre to poor service.

        Excellent service and friendly staff! Easily seen from the nearby street. Went to this location to pick up a package. Even though the staff was busy with quite a few customers, they were friendly and helpful to get my package for me to pick up!
