My husband and I have purchased several pieces from Diamonds Direct (facilitated for ease with the expansion to Frisco!), and have designed a couple of pieces as well, including my wedding ring. Weve had the pleasure of working with Allison at the Frisco location, who has been absolutely phenomenal & taken the best care of us. While going into a fine jewelry store can be intimidating for some, each & every person at both the Frisco & Highland Village locations have always been warm & welcoming, putting folks at ease immediately. Also, the customer service is exceptional & cannot be beat.

I worked with Mark to help us find the perfect ring we were looking for and envisioning. We walked in to do some ring shopping with some idea of what we wanted and left after our first visit feeling much more comfortable about what we were looking for. Mark helped us through each step of the process and was very attentive and thorough. Even when talking with the other employees there, there were all super helpful and knowledgeable. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to buy an engagement ring or any other type of jewelry!

Raelle made our experience with Diamonds Direct amazing! She helped me find my dream ring. I was super indecisive, and she was so patient with me and helped me figure out exactly what engagement ring and band I wanted. The ring we designed is perfect and everything Ive wanted and more. She was super communicative throughout the whole process. She also helped my fiance find the perfect ring. Would highly highly recommend!
