This is one time I wish I would have gone to a big box store instead of a small business. I took my laptop to get repaired and just like a car repair shop I received a call we have to do something else and it's going to cost more. I was told it would take a couple of hours maybe ready by next business day, I was okay with that. It took two extra days from the day I took it in. What made it frustrating was when I called (more than once), the call would forward to a cell phone. When the person answered, I could hear wind noise as if the person was on the road. This made me think this person was always out of the office and not working on my computer in a timely manner. Even when I initially took it in, no one was at the store (during business hours). I had to call to find if they were open. Yes, my computer was repaired. There was no service after the sale. I ended up having to call the manufacturer and pay to help retrieve some of what I lost during. I was told I would get a call from a manager, I still haven't heard from anyone. You give small business owners a bad name.
