image Brought my Macbook pro in due to it not loading anything. They reset it back to factory settings and reloaded the startup drives. It took 1 day and everyone was extremely nice and professional. I will be bringing all devices here for future repair. Even have to take my macbook back to get battery service repair soon as its not holding a charge. I trust this company with all my future repairs.

image This morning I updated my Samsung PC and I got an error message where my passcode, thumb print or password was not recognized. Ran to Geek Squad along with the Microsoft tech team online, they could not fix. Samsung sent me to the Samsung store at the mall, they advised 3-7 business days to fix. I got the contact for Frisco PC Geek, called and believe me in 45 minutes they had my PC restored like brand new. Not only did they over delivered, their pricing for the service was exceptional. Matt was professional, and he and his team over delivered. Please support a small local business. This is the best small business service received when I needed help for my business. image My laptop was stuck in loading page. It was a fully functional laptop (used for remote IT job) before that issue. Gave it to them. They charged 108 $ upfront and gave this back to us. They did a tremendous job of breaking the laptop to pieces and acted as if they are doing a big favor. I will let you guys form Your opinion.

This is after the reply from PC geeks. I gave them a laptop with booting problem. When I said they acted as if they are doing a big favor, I mentioned the fact they have emphasized them giving a used Amazon cardboard box for carrying the dismantled pieces. This is the service we got for $108. Also they have said the laptop could not have been in functional condition. They DONT KNOW what they are speaking. Battery replacement they are accusing us was done one and a half years back. This was used for by an IT employee, for working remotely connecting to VPN.(This has such good configuration) till the previous day.
I am not going going to trust them with hundreds of dollars when they dont have the minimum accountability to put a laptop together that they have dismantled. I hope they wont accuse me of giving them a dismantled laptop. THEY dismantled it. They say stories about missing screws and broken plastic. My question is this. With all the so called huge issues (?!) of missing screws and broken plastic , I GAVE A LAPTOP with booting problem( which means I was able to switch on the laptop, which means battery was working,) I DID NOT GIVE them a dismantled version to repair. Why cant you even put it back together and give it back the same way I gave you ????
Readers please see the review for what it is (just a normal customers lamenting who has nothing to gain by posting this review) and please be cautious. Hope the store will also be little more careful in their future service. If some fix is not possible, dont make the situation worse and DONT blame the customer. The only reason I posted this is, it will be a record which will remind them not to be too cavalier.
In an earlier low review by another customer PC geeks mentioned they dont charge for diagnostic services, which they did for us. We were charged for diagnosing the issue(which we already did, we said to try with booting CD. PC GEEKs insisted that they will do their own diagnosis. For this THEY wanted to dismantle the laptop.) But it shows they are not completely honest and they are so careless. Hope they change their attitude.

To all readers of this review, the statements made about the condition of this computer by the author are completely false. The laptop was brought in because it would NOT boot into Windows. After we opened up the computer to examine it we found the following issues. The laptop was missing several screws from the bottom, BOTH hinge mounts attached to the plastic were damaged, the CPU fan was missing several blades, the generic battery was beginning to swell, and other plastic parts were compromised. It is worth noting the customer took this laptop apart himself to perform the battery replacement at an earlier time. The 2TB mechanical hard drive was in the process of failure, so there was no way this was a working laptop. All the issues were brought up to the customer. He declined any attempts at a data recovery service, and he was made aware the laptop could not be reliably re- assembled due to the damage caused by the customer. Due to the age of the laptop and the repairs needed to fix everything that was wrong with it, the customer declined all services. The only service the customer was charged for was the initial diagnostic and assessment charge of $99.99. The customer agreed to pick up the laptop in a disassembled state and we even offered a box so that he could transport the contents home easier. At no time during the checkout process did the customer express an issue or dissatisfaction with the process and even said “Thank you “in a positive manner at the end. This review is nothing more than an attempt to damage a business’s reputation without relevant facts. We did not break your laptop sir, that was accomplished by you in your attempt to replace the battery inside. We only brought these issues to your attention. You knowingly state your laptop was fully functional, when in reality it was not, with a failing hard drive. Since you have suggested the readers of this review form their own opinion, I encourage that. The picture posted with the review was intended to be taken out of context to imply we damaged a computer. Hopefully the readers of the review will see this review for what it is and read our other reviews to get an honest picture of the business that we run.
