Highly recommend. Knowledgeable and very reasonable for house calls. I'm not very tech savvy, and his assistance has proven invaluable in setting up a desktop for us, and reconfiguring Staples original setups and apps, and replacing the poorly functioning printer they sold me. Had him back again recently, after a year, for general cleanup and to uninstall some unneeded apps I'd somehow acquired, and for helpful advice going forward.

Highly recommend Hugh! Right as the school break started, my son's computer wouldn't boot. Found Hugh on Next Door and he told me to bring it by. Within an hour, he found a bad data cable, a full SSD drive, and many corrupt files. Communicated every step of the way, and picked up it up the next day with all issues resolved at a VERY reasonable price. Son had a happy Xmas break with his gaming computer up and running like a champ. And the boot time is dramatically improved!

Hugh was great!! Respectful, helpful and recommended some things too. No sales pressure, just friendly advice and recommendations. I appreciated his kindness and service! I highly recommend using him for your computer needs. Service I had: My son has a gaming laptop that he cleaned and upgraded. I know there are parents in the same boat!
