Jordan Deck and Shade

I was looking for a reputable vendor to install a deck and pergola and came across Jordan Deck and shade. I started working with Chris (Managing Partner) a couple of months ago on a quote, and he was so patient with me. He responded immediately and offered various options to meet my budget. When we finally agreed on the project and budget he jumped right on it. The project was started and finished as promised. He offered updates daily and was such a pleasure to work with. The deck and pergola are absolutely beautiful and the quality of the work is superb! Chris and his crew were very respectful of the space (kept things neat and tidy when they left each day) and even did a couple things that needed to be done that were not part of the project (at no extra cost!). I would absolutely recommend Jordan Deck and Shade to anyone and would definitely work with them again on a project. Excellent experience! Thanks so much, Chris!

I asked for wood ramps be installed at two of our neighborhood lakes so that animals or people could easily escape for safety but to also assist the maintenance crew to launch boats to maintain fountains. The work was very quick and exactly what I was hoping for. Jordan Marine was a pleasure to work with and I will likely work with them more in the future.

We have used Jordan Marine to build 2 piers with railing and lighting, a 45 x 20 pavilion, 15 commercial trail light posts as well as several other community projects at Autumn Lake in Pearland Texas. Great results for a fair price and he does well around our community residents while on property. Chris is awesome !

Chris and his team have built 2 separate large projects for us with sound engineering, master craftsmanship, and within the projected budgets and time frames. They were professional, thorough, and easy to communicate with about our vision for these projects.
