Very responsive and took the time to explain and show floor samples and various flake color options. I wholeheartedly recommend them for great customer service.They had around 26 flake color options which was the widest amount of options of various other quotes I got. Very quick response time from getting free Estimate/ Quote to installation of the actual epoxy flake floor when we did our residential garage remodeling. They picked the phone and showed up on time as promised! The communication and process went very smooth & professional from beginning to end. They are insured and bonded. The polyurea polyaspartic floor coating with flakes looks awesome! Thank you for taking the time to explain differences in various concrete coatings such as Epoxy Floor coatings or resin floors vs polyurea & polyaspartic garage floor coatings with flakes. Their engineering staff is very knowledgeable on the topic and will take time to educate with samples of flooring colors. We are glad we went with flake flooring instead of garage mats. They took time to fix all the cracks in garage floor and did a good job on concrete grinding floor preparation before applying the concrete coatings.
