Aaron and Austin were knowledgeable, dependable, and exceedingly helpful in making sure I was satisfied with the replacement patio cover every step of the way. Coming home to a puddle of water leaking through the ceiling was the last thing I wanted to see. Knowing it was Labor Day chances were gonna be slim to find someone in the middle of the night. After doing some research my wife found Dependable Construction to be pretty close and have the best reviews, so we gave them a call.
The reputation was reflected from the moment we called with exceptional customer service and a vast amount of knowledge Aaron (the roofer) had about my issue from the little info given to him over the phone. Once Aaron arrived at my house (20 min later) he immediately located the problem and patched it up. Afterward he took the time in the middle of the night to access the other damages and reassure us that he would be here when the insurance adjuster comes out to make sure we don't miss anything.
