CC - It is an extremely hard decision to request any customer to find another small business to support. Our 35 minute conversation yesterday was heartbreaking; yet as a 5th year shop owner who still struggles for a consistent revenue stream, it was also absolutely necessary.After more than 6 months of purposefully requesting your negative behavior to be modified & hoping to see some change, it was time to ask you to leave.As we discussed, I have had months of complaints from more than a dozen customers about your jarring use of profanity (including in front of children), regularly monopolizing conversations, overall negativity & frequent controversial discussion topics such as school shootings & childhood trauma. Because of this repeated behavior, I made the decision to not lose any more business due to your involvement in our fellowship.JuJu Knits was created to be a safe community & positive environment that supports each other in their pursuit of yarn-related crafts. Unfortunately, your conversation topics, tone & language are not a good fit.I truly hope you find a group that can better suit your needs & desires for community with individuals that have similar interests.PS - As for your comment about neurodivergency, l shared with you my 9 year old grandson is non-verbal autistic & I love him to the moon & back. Your comment is unfounded & unkind.
