Website stock was wrong so we drove all the way out here and they didn't have what we needed. Woman at the fabric counter was very sweet and helpful. We found a suitable alternate. But what I'm really here to review is the bathrooms. Absolutely horrific. Both men's and lady's smelled so bad it was hard to breathe. And not "someone just had a bad poop" smell, but the longterm, bathroom hasn't been upgraded or cleaned in years smell. The trash was overflowing, the toilets were disgusting and unusable. The floor clung to our shoes. If you've ever been to a mechanic shop where it's just a single toilet that 15 guys use and no one cleans, you still haven't seen anything as bad as this Joann's bathroom.

I used to live over here and come over here all the time! I loved coming here. I was spending so much money lol. It's so nasty here. The bathrooms were disgusting and felt like a biohazard and the store is a mess. Things are splayed everywhere and unorganized. It was not like this when I lived here in 2022-summer 2023. It just looks like they gave up.
