Nancy, the manager, not a very friendly person. Joannes customer service told me to return it at my local store would email in hand and she said she will not take it back. ?

Disappointed with this location. Lorie, the manager on site for Sunday, was extremely aggressive towards my mom and incredibly racist. She would not stop harassing my mom and kept badgering her the entire time. My mom has been a customer for over 20 years and this has never happened. Another customer even stepped in to help defend my mother from the harassment. We have complained to this location about the situation but no action has been taken & no follow ups were taken so far.

The products are good but the prices are tricky. They say that there are sales but at the cutting table, the price is as it is, no sales, and also the lady was cutting the stretch fabric with stretching while cutting which is not acceptable. The fabric that I want to buy should be a normal measure but not stretch. Service is not good, the workers were at the counter and the cashier was mean.
