Update They are moving! Everything is on sale now. You can't use coupons or other discounts. FYI. They will be in new location by May 2023. Still great people. Going to be moving on up to a better place! This is my local store, and I am her A LOT. The ladies that work there are always friendly. Some are not as fast at cutting fabric as I would want, but they are all endearing. The reason I gave it 4 stars is for the actual store. It is not that big. It does not have the variety other joanns has. It is an old building, kind of out of the way.

My family and I have gone to Joannes for a number of things. Unfortunately, our experience at the Deerbrook store was very poor. The customer service was absolutely atrocious. I have a legitimate issue that I feel like with a little bit of problem-solving couldve been helped but when I asked for someone to just talk me through it, a frowning customer service woman appeared and said she doesnt know anything about any of this. I explained what was going on, and she literally stared at me and didnt say a thing and I said well, I guess theres nothing you can do and she said no, and then again stared at me. This is not the way to handle customer service to make your customer feel stupid and awkward. I will never go to this Joannes again, and I will tell everybody I know to take their business elsewhere.
