        I visited Michael's twice, 2 separate weeks in the past month, and both times, the shelves were poorly stocked, and the employees were not too keen on helping out. I had to follow one for a few minutes and flag them down a couple of times to get them to stop and help, even though the place was a ghost town. A lot of things were also covered in dust. What's sad is I remember when this Michael's was a fun place to visit and the staff were friendly and willing to help.

        Today, I was in Michael's store and a young man named Aidan, checked me out! His customer service was awesome! He was totally informed about all the sales they had going on and all the coupons. He helped pull these things up quickly with me on my phone. He was just awesome! He made utilizing the coupons easier and he was prompt, informed and very pleasant!!!
