Update: 2-27-24 I was fleeced into purchasing $87 worth of boxes for four laptops (over $20 per box). Dishonest staff.
I use this location to send and return packages, up to 60lbs at times. They are always fast and polite.

I first went to another FedEx office to print a large poster. But they told me go somewhere else because there printers were out of order. There were three of them and they looked so busy and kind of irritated. So I came here. The lady who works here was very helpful and friendly. She was working alone so Im sure she was busy. But she took the time to help me with my order quickly and politely. Thank you! I will use this store from now on to print posters.

Did a print job for work. File I sent was messed up. Office called me had me email them the original file and they were able to fix my mistake. Super helpful

Lee really helped me out today. I came in with a last minute request to help print funeral programs. Lee helped me figure out exactly what I needed to do. I was going to print and fold these programs myself. Not only did Lee print these items for me, she also used the folding machine to make things so much easier. This was an incredibly kind thing to do and really helped take some things off my mind during a difficult time. She showed care, concern and amazing customer service. I really appreciate her going above and beyond.
