    I work here part time. I worked during the seasonal rush. I really liked my bosses. They knew what they were doing because they had been in my position before being a supervisor. I worked on what is called "Metro" and we loaded the brown trucks that you see in your neighborhoods. I now work loading big trucks. It's hard work but great for keeping fit. I have super nice bosses and associates to work with. We all have one goal in mind Get truck loaded fast while being safe and go home. They do stress safety everyday and coach you on techniques to load safely. The pay is good and the benefits or insurance is the best. Many work here for that reason.

    Pay Issue with Employee Ms. Tome, My name is Griffin Kampen, UPS employee # 7579910, I am writing this email, as a last resort in dealing with a pay issue from the UPS Haslet Hub, located in Haslet, Texas. I spoke with a lady in Human Resources, but was unable to find a solution by going that route. I was hired on as a seasonal worker for UPS as an unloader, for the 2021 Christmas season. As the season ended I was told I was going to be retained due to a high work ethic and also being reliable without any absences or any other issues. I was instructed that I was going to have to attend training another time, as I was having to essentially be "rehired" as a permanent employee. My last day as a seasonal employee was January 12, 2022, and was told I would be attending the next training. I began training and the hiring process on Monday, January 24th 2022 and finished the training on Thursday, January 27th, 2022. Upon completion of my training, I reported to the floor to work and was pulled aside by a supervisor at the HUB. The supervisor stated that he didn't understand why I was not an employee in the system and I was a "one in a million anomaly" . I was told that they would attempt to find out why I was not an employee in the system and that they would be in contact soon. I waited from January 12th, until January 24th, without pursuing other employment, then waited several weeks to see if I was going to be able to resume work, which I still have not been updated on. I also have not been reimbursed for the second time I spent training the second time. I know that the four days of training is not a high amount, but added in with the loss of other income being in "transition", it put me in a hard situation dealing with now a potential eviction and other financial hardships. I am writing this to see if I can get paid for the days I attended training and who would be best to help me accomplish this? I appreciate any help in resolving this matter. I can be reached at

    ABSOLUTE WORST SERVICE is Fort Worth.... I can't talk to a real person, online won't accept my phone number nor email for communication, and online chat is a JOKE that just spits out random answers to every question asked. I'm in Tyler, Texas.... my package promised yesterday, February 15th, and has been "in route" ever since my tracking OVER 24 hours ago. NOW, it's "in route" again for Friday, February 18th. THIS IS MEDICATION that I'm waiting for.
