We enjoyed our stay with clean room, comfortable beds and quick check in. Dominique was so helpful. He helped me put directions into phone so we could navigate to Stockyard on back road. Worked perfect . Thank you so much. The only draw back is there handicap parking. It is situated in a corner. Difficult to back out or park with the L shape area. Most vehicles are big these days. They need to rethink. We parked in other area so I truck would not get damaged. The breakfast was good.
Food & drinks: After being on road all day was happy to navigate back roads to Stockyard. Cattleman's steakhouse was great and the area busy for a Wednesday. Parking tight. The KC Strip steak and ground steak great. Many places to eat at and grab a drink or shop.

At front desk on duty Diana was very rude raising her voice at me when I was just asking her a simple question and she told me and my coworker to go somewhere else to get a hotel which is very embarrassing her kicking us out of the hotel when people going by. I asked her to let me talk to her manager and she refused. We were staying for 13 days but didn't like the service so we will check out tomorrow morning and go la Quinta where they treat the customers a like family. I don't recommend this hotel.

We willlllll nnnnnnnnnneeeeevvveeeerrrr stay here again.My husband delivered a load to local company so I called and asked for late check out they said 2pm i said great.So he still had not made it back and we decided to stay another night I paid on line using points (diamond status) enough points to stay many night free.Had talked to downstair to front desk a guy to let him know .So instead of calling asking us to come down and take care of signing paper we get a LLLLLLLOOOOOOOUUUDDD BBBBBBBAAAANNNG LIKE KICK AT DOOR.This rude unprofessional manger said its pass 2 pm I said i paid for everything on line my husband had literally just got back and was headed downstair she screamed at me to get downstair now or GET OUT.I felt out of body because I have not got screamed at like that since bootcamp.She is the manager so while i am making a call to corporate she hears me explaining to them in the background while at her desk I hear her saying (whatever girl tell them girl they ain't going to do anything to me )to whomever she is talking to.I am done
