Rooms are small. They smell like vomit. (Managers words not mine) If you have tiny ones this is not the place to stayi. The floors are filthy. There's people coming in and out all hours of the night. We had a emergency and needed to get a refund for one of the nights they refused. I asked for refund policy he said it's online with booking.com Expedia. Which I didn't use to check in. They followed me around harassing me on if I was checking out or not. I asked if I could get my money back he told me no. If you stay book a night at a time or avoid all around.

The gentleman at the front desk was very understanding and friendly. There was a misunderstanding on my end and i got frustrated, however the front desk associate let me have time to figure it out and did not rush me out the door. When I came back in to continue checking in his attitude did not change towards me and still made me feel welcome. Which set a great tone for my stay. The rooms are amazing. They are both clean and roomy. Defiantly the best around

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place is TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT COME HERE!! It is cheap for a reason!! As soon as I arrived, I had two rooms booked. I checked the rooms and both smelled like MOLD. It had a horrid smell and one room had the window broken!! The couch, the floor, and the bedsheets had odd and smelly stains. There was a bug in one of the showers and it was straight up horrifying. As soon as I saw the rooms I went to the front desk to get a refund and leave. The place was unsafe and unsanitary right off the bat and I did not want to stay there with my kids. They took my money and told me they would refund it. It has been a week and they have only refunded half of it even though i did not stay here. When I called and asked about my refund, the customer service was terrible!!!! The worker named Sam argued then hung up on me when I kindly asked about my refund. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
