We weren't here under normal circumstance. My precious parents (90 & 97) lost power at their house and needed some place to "weather" the storm, so to speak. The Hyatt place/TCU was the perfect location. They had a room that could accommodate their needs . The staff has gone above and beyond to make them feel welcome while waiting for repairs. I came in a few days after they checked in. The staff has been super helpful with our requests to "extend". The room is comfortable and clean. There is the usual traffic of College Students and their families. I have seen the staff accommodate as many requests as possible with a smile and a cheerful attitude. I can not recommend this hotel enough.

We had to change rooms on the day of the funeral we came down for . The keypad battery was dead . Which we were told , they had to leave our door open , most of the day to charge it . I explained that was Not going to happen , 1st because we had pets we brought, and 2nd , our belongings would be exposed and not proted from theft . So they moved us to another room. The second hotel room was clean but needs updating . Paint , lots of scuff marks , shower railing broken, and missing/discolored caulking in shower . Overall, it's pretty decent . They had plenty of grass for your dogs . The breakfast was awesome every time . The hotel breakfast had a variety to choose from . It was very clean, organized, and plentiful .
