DO NOT STAY HERE. I'm out on the road two weeks a month for work. I'm a Hilton member and always love the reliability of the Hilton brand, they are my home away from home. We all run into problems sometimes, and it's all about how those problems are dealt with that matter. "Ram" General Manager, "Ben" Assistant Mananger, do NOT care about their customers and are dishonest on top of that. This hotel for how they act/run the place shouldn't be under the Hilton umbrella they are more in line with a super 8. By reading other reviews now this is normal operations for them, they simply do not care about their customers. Not me or anyone from my company will ever stay at this location again.

Absolutely do not stay here! The rooms do not have alarm clocks and the manager says thats because they have usb ports what!?
The carpets and walls and bedding is damaged, they dont refill the TP, the fridge doesnt have a freezer section, and the entrance usually smells like cigarettes from the employees smoking.
Stay at the Marriott lot next door. Too bad Im stuck here for a month unless want to risk Hilton screwing up a transfer and double charging me at $175/night for this dump.

If youre going to point enough lights at the building to turn the parking lot into daylight, you really need curtains in the room that work. The room was BRIGHT at night, and it significantly impacted sleep quality. The rooms facing the street were also extremely loud due to the traffic, and it was just an unpleasant night of sleep. The hotel itself was very clean and nice, and the staff was courteous and helpful. However, sleep quality is paramount in a hotel room, and the night was bad.

Blood on the sheets, not made aware of parking fee, call about it and they did not return my call and you do have to pay for breakfast(FYI). And it is by a freeway, so the location isn't all that bad, but you can hear the traffic.. If you're a Hilton Honors account holder for which i am, but there are no perks here at this location!!!!
