Worest experience ever that cause the life of my 64 year old mother. Neglience from start to finish. Never bring your loved one here. Serverly low doctors and nurses especially on the weekends

Felt like I was rushed when I got to the back, all because I was seen before for the exact same thing. Personally, I didnt think it was right.

I have been to this ER multiple times, both as a patient and bringing someone else in. I've also had family at the hospital and have been admitted myself for routine surgery. As a Disabled person, I have been to almost every ER and hospital in the medical district! Hands down without any second thoughts, Medical City is the BEST!! When I found out my surgeon used Medical City, I immediately sighed with relief. It can be very difficult to find a good ER and hospital, I've been in that position so many times and it is so stressful! I continue to be amazed at how quickly everything is done at this hospital. Need testing? Knock, knock, they're already here for it! In room radiographs, ultrasounds, ECHOs, blood draws, etc. I've never seen their waiting room more than 40% full and I've never waited longer than 2 hours before being put in a room. My average visit to the ER takes about 4-5 hours, and that includes testing and being seen multiple times by the doctor or PA all the way through to discharge. The nurses are all wonderful! And the techs are on top of it! Everyone is very friendly and accommodating, even when they know it's busy they really try their best and it shows. I have veins that roll and honestly I'm not an easy patient with all my medical issues, and they are very aware of the patient experience with that kind of thing. Every time I come, I tell the nurse my veins roll and without missing a beat they tell me that if they can't see a good vein then they'll just grab the ultrasound so that they don't dig around in my arm to find it. I honestly cannot say enough good things about this hospital. In this country with the weird healthcare franchise, this hospital really stands out. I recommend it to all friends and family when they are in need! I would give all of the staff a bonus if I were to have my way because they go so far above and beyond, not just for me but for everyone. I see other patients and what I have heard and observed they are treated just as wonderfully as I am. 10 stars!
