My friend was experiencing a skin allergy, and hence I took her to Surepoint Emergency Center Fort Worth South as a cousin of mine recommended that center. The staff was accommodating and kind. The service was so courteous, patient and understanding. We met the doctor in no time; he was very knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this center. The service was great! All staff was very accommodating and offered quick assistance to all our needs. My friend has now recovered from the skin allergy, has clear skin, and she now follows a healthy routine to maintain her skin.

What is the first thing you do during a medical emergency? Reach out to an emergency center! Thats what I exactly did when my son got hurt at the park. I reached out to Surepoint Emergency Center Fort Worth South, and their staff helped me with the rest. After seeing my son unconscious, I panicked and had no clue what was going around. However, the staff was understanding; they helped me calm down and get back to breath normally to call my husband and complete the other formalities. By the time I got all formalities sorted, the doctor had treated my son, and he was completed fine and healthy.

Don't go here at all. They turned away my wife who was gasping for air due to a bad case of pneumonia. Said they couldn't see her if she didn't pay the $3000. Had to rush her to a different hospital where they put her in ICU. Absolute garbage of people.

Nobody in the waiting room, told they dont think they would get to see me wife for a temp over 100! Asked her what!? She corrected oh we just have a lot of people ahead of you and we cant give an idea of when she can be seen. Yay Texas, so much for having insurance and health care

My son chrons flare was bad and all the traditional er were full. I called and got a sweet lady name Megan on the line and she said come over. My son made it and text me they are taking care of him. I called back and got a sweet girl name Tiffany. He also said the dr had good bedside manners and that really matters.
