        After fracturing my toe on a Sunday morning, the staff and facilities exceeded my expectations of my visit to the ER. The Dr was waiting on me before I even arrived in the room. The Xray tech and nurses were extremely friendly and attentive. I appreciate the attention of getting me taken care of from all the folks at Texas Health Harris Methodist.

        Nurse Stefani and Dr Mav were awesome. Nurse Stefani was extremely attentive and made our experience here so pleasurable. She communicated with us the entire time and we were never left in the dark! We were given estimates on wait times / results which was amazing! Dr Mav was quick and to the point, and provided excellent care. This ER is also one of the cleanest I have ever stepped foot in! Highly recommend!

        Do not go here! Went there 10/16 with level 10 pain from a prior procedure. Took 2 hours to be seen by the ER doc. Sent me away with only one pill. Looks like they are understaffed and lack experience. My two cents. I wont go back or recommend this ER to anyone.
