The facility was exceptionally clean and the staff and doctor were friendly and very competent. Dr Sheppard spent an exceptionally long time with me and gave me a thorough explanation of my condition and answered all my questions. I was so impressed with him! The nurse Lesia, along with Robert, Liz and ER Tech Tommy were also very friendly, professional and made me feel they were concerned with my healthcare. I have been to this emergency center several times and have always been impressed with the quality of care I received.

This is the worst place to ever go if you have a medical emergency. On Sept 24th I went there because I was having chest pains and this place is literally 2 minutes from my house. I went in told the receptionist my symptoms and she hand me a clipboard and asks me to fill that out after she got my ID and insurance card. After the nurse called me to the room, the lady tried to do an ekg and she didn't exactly know what she was doing. The nurse, which is the best thing about the place, had to tell her what to do because she didn't do the first one right. After the second one, the nurse took it to the doctor and was telling him about what I said RIGHT OUTSIDE MY DOOR BTW and I hear the doctor say well why is he here. I should have known then. After a couple of minutes, the "doctor" came in and literally sat down, looked at me in my eyes, and said if you're having a heart attack then why are you here(with an attitude as if I was disrupting his night) I just unhooked the probes, got up, and left. The nurse told me do not go home get to the nearest ER. He possibly saved my life. I went to Arlington Memorial Hospital and I was having a heart attack. Had the Stent implanted Monday morning. If you read this DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE OR TAKE YOUR LOVED ONES IF YOU CARE FOR THEM.
