        Poorly managed facility. They might do a better job of managing if they came out of their offices once in a while and got involved. If it wasn't for the some of the better caretakers and support staff keeping this place running, the residents would have no care at all. Families complain and little changes. The only reason people leave their loved ones here is because of the care staff who are very good to the residents. The two stars are for them. Management gets none.
