Henrys installed a new window air conditioner we bought. The unit was not designed for the wall opening we had, but Matt used his ingenuity and made it work. We were impressed with his making certain we were pleased with their service. Would highly recommend Henrys. Service: HVAC system maintenance

They did not communicate throughout the service and then proceeded to work on things without getting prior authorization and notifying us of the costs. They were unable to provide us with a list of what were being charged for and they were very rude and unprofessional over the phone.
