Sudden Service is my favorite home services company. Always suddenly there at your door for AC and Heating repair and, if needed, new installations including everything needed to efficiently heat and cool your home. When it comes to the circulation and control of clean warm or cool air throughout your home, you can depend on Sudden Service, I do. And I dont worry about getting ready for winter or summer, Sudden Service takes care of that for me with maintenance service scheduled at the right time. Its always an exceptionally good experience. **Update to my review after I spoke with owner Mike and staff.**
Sudden service originally came out to review a moldy smell coming from my unit. I have been dealing with this problem since it was installed by Tempo Air.
This company sent out their first technician Richard who seemed very knowledgeable about HVAC systems and suggested I install a UV light as the smell came back from previous services in the past from Tempo.
As mentioned in my previous review, while I was glad to try something different, Richard didn't try inspecting inside of the coils or ductwork for any mold or bacteria growth.
I called in about my review and concerns and Mike had another technician, Sean (his son) come and do an inspection as well as clean the coils to ensure effectiveness of original installation.
During the install, he also walked me through how the ductwork was setup (Tempo essentially screwed me) and gave me several tips and advice to ensure longevity of my unit. I'm very pleased with the professionalism and level of service from this company.
Cross my fingers the smell doesn't come back
