So a few months ago when we had the cold snaps, our Heater went out. I called the AC Lady like at 6 am thinking Id get someones voicemail. They fit me into the schedule that day. Nick came out and was super meticulous. He redid a bunch of shotty wiring trying to find a short to the heat pump. Because of inclement weather he couldnt go outside to look at the outside unit, but was able to get us heat until things were fixed. He then came back twice, one when the weather was better, and a second when parts had come in to fix the unit.
I was impressed how well they all communicated. Nick was absolutely the best tech Ive met, the office kept calling me to keep me updated on the part that was ordered, and everything just felt like it ran smoothly.
Ive been meaning to write this review for a while, Im sure I missed a few details, but truthfully if youre in this area and you want a reliable HVAC company, you need to call AC Lady.

I was quoted over $3,500 for a repair on my A/C and strongly encouraged to replace the system at a cost of over $8,500 from a competitor.
Called The A/C Lady to get a 2nd opinion. They were able to fix it for $1,050.
Very honest and trustworthy, will definitely use them for all my AC needs!

I love this company! Ive called them out a few times for different problems. Daniel came out the day I called and reset the heater. Thats all that was needed so he didnt even charge me for a service call. This may not be the case every time, but I am so appreciative theyre always quick, professional and honest. I wont use anyone else.
