I have lived here for over a year. I love it. The owner is nice and easy to work with. It's very quiet and is a pretty area.

Great owner and large lots off the highway only 5 minutes from town!

We had so much fun! My first Elgin High School football game. Really enjoyed watching the band and the young ladies and their flags.

Grass is always green and cared for by Kathy. You will always see her riding around on her tractor. This is not a run down trailer park. I love it here.

Stayed here for a little over a month. Good prices. No Hassle. Was very pleased with this park and would stay here again.

Nice place. Great neighbors. Quiet. Grounds are attractive and well-kept. Reasonable fees. Just upgraded WiFi.
