        Ron, the owner, has been the best landlord we've ever had. Couldn't ask for more of a kind, polite, and friendly guy. He'll help you almost anyway possible from the time you pull in to park to the time you leave. We've been here almost 2yrs and are only leaving due to life/job relocating out of state. The park is kept extremely clean and maintained. A ton of trees will keep you cooler in summer months! Free laundry. Country livin at its finest and super quiet! Gonna miss this place for sure!
