        Didn't really have a good experience here. First time i went and had some questions about my new device and the gentleman was talking to me like a child. I'm guessing he thought i didn't understand what he was saying because he was talking to me in a very disrespectful manner. The next time i went in there was to ask if i was able to turn in my old device directly to the store. As i approached one of the ladies, she just kept staring at me even after i said hello. She kept her answers very short with me and was no help at all. I don't understand, if you don't like your job or do not like interacting with people than quit. Find another job. Just an overall bad experience.
